Salted Caramel Mocha Latte

If you still prefer the classic and savoury-sweet indulgence of salter caramel, you must try this holiday coffee recipe.

  • ⅛ teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 cup strong-brewed coffee or at least 2 shots of espresso
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon caramel syrup
  • 2 tablespoon sweetener, you can use sugar or honey
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling
  • Whipped cream

Step 1: Brew the 1 cup of strong-brew of coffee or the 2 shots of espresso with an Aeropress or French Press.

Step 2: Warm the cup of milk in a pan with medium heat. Once the milk is steamy, froth milk using a french press or whisk.

Step 3: Pour the espresso or the strong-brewed coffee into the mug.

Step 4: Combine the cocoa powder, caramel syrup, and sweetener until it becomes completely blended.

Step 5: Top it with frothed milk and add whipped cream, a pinch of sea salt, and caramel drizzle. Enjoy!
